Led by a fully qualified and enhanced DBS checked Teacher with over 20 years classroom experience and over 7 years of face-to-face private tuition.

Where are we?
We are based in the Post Mill Centre in South Normanton DE55 2EJ
This venue offers free parking, WIFI and we will be using the Sporton room.
What do we offer?
We offer a bespoke tutoring service to help improve your maths ability.
Every session will focus on a unique topic, along with crucial exam practice.
However, if your child would prefer to have support on something different in a particular session, such as a homework task or mock preparation topics then this can be organised.
When are the sessions?
Two sessions are currently available every term time Tuesday
Foundation GCSE Maths is 6pm until 7pm
Higher GCSE Maths is 7pm until 8pm
How much does it cost?
Each session will cost £15 per student.

A little about me.
Hi I’m Chris, the creator of Elevate Maths Tuition.
I am and have been a Secondary School Math’s teacher for over 20 years now. I have spent some of that time as an intervention coordinator, looking at ways to support students of all abilities to achieve more. I also have an NPQ in behaviour and learning culture. I am also fully enhanced DBS checked through the school I teach at.
Alongside my teaching, about 7 years ago I began offering one-to-one, face-to-face tutoring. This has been a great success, with just this year all of my students achieving the grades they wanted, ranging from grade 4’s to grade 7’s.
Last year I was approached to do some tutoring by numerous parents who naturally wanted to help their child do better in one of their most important subjects at GCSE. Unfortunately when we discussed the cost of the one-to-one tuition, due to the current climate they could not afford the extra help they wanted. That is what has inspired me to start up Elevate Maths Tuition. A tuition service that is more affordable so more students can get that little extra help that could make a big difference.
At present the days and times are quite limited. However, should the available spaces fill up and there is enough interest in other dates and times.
